A life coach is someone who helps people design their life according to what they enjoy spending their time on the most. They make a conscious effort towards being more specific about what makes a person happy and then design a life based upon these parameters.

  • Help you define what success and happiness means for you

  • Provide you an opportunity to map out what you want your life to look like

  • Guide you towards facing any negative beliefs that maybe holding you back

  • Motivate you to face and overcome any fears you may have

  • Examine how you manage time and direct you on how to be more efficient

  • Challenge you to be more productive so that you can move forward with creating the life of your dreams.

DO YOU NEED A LIFE COACH?

You would benefit from working with a coach if you are:

  • Not happy with your current life and feel stuck

  • Feeling overwhelmed and not sure what to do

  • Experiencing any frustration or resentment because of your life situation

  • Constantly struggling to make decisions in your life

  • Unhappy with your job and the direction your career is taking

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND COUNSELLING?

Coaching is a powerful method to support you in making the changes you want to make in your life. If you want to work on present issues and get the support to break through your limiting beliefs, then coaching may be right for you!

  • Coaches don't diagnose; therapists and other mental health professionals do.

  • Coaching takes place over the short-term, whereas the therapist-client relationship is often a longer-term one.

  • Coaching looks toward the future, whereas therapy often looks to the past.

  • Coaching empowers the client to solve her own problems, whereas therapy offers guidance and direction.
